For this chocolate stick, we worked with a grower in the Aveyron region of France who produces pulp from fresh-picked berries. Raspberries provide a tart note to this mild but powerful 65% grand cru Maracaibo. A dark chocolate couverture surrounds the succulent flesh of the fruit for a delightfully refreshing taste sensation!
