In order to make the experience complete, The House of Grauer places great importance on remaining faithful to its foundations of excellence and tradition throughout the process. Plantations were chosen based on a respect for local traditional farming methods and for the superior and novel quality of the raw product. Our Chocolate makers work by hand, using traditional Swiss ‘artisanal’ methods developed and passed down from father-to-son. Each Chocolate produced by the House of Grauer is hand packed in its own individual wrapper and each box is checked and signed off by the person who packed the box. Every box of chocolates sent out by the House of Grauer is the culmination of a plethora of artists working together to produce an epicurean masterpiece. Your box of Chocolates comes from the farmer, the Chocolate maker, the packer and the shipper, all applying their knowledge and art, to give you a unique and original tasting experience.
