Our Grauer chocolates were developed in Geneva by a master chocolatier in the pure tradition of Swiss chocolate.
Our production tools are modern and our recipes imaginative, but the traditional techniques and know-how we use have been handed down from generation to generation in a family of chocolatiers. Each type of cacao has a distinctive character recognizable by its specific aromatic features. Like AOC labels, the Grand Cru chocolates we use are from a specific geographic region, and sometimes even a single estate. We have even indulged our passion so far as to work with a Bolivian Wild Cru picked in the forest, providing you with a truly fantastic experience.
